It's justified even more so in that that there are plenty of vampires who are shown to prove him right such as Endre Kourza, Count Gyula (lesser extent and sympathetic), Astharoshe (though what she did was accidental), and the vampires in Amsterdam who killed an entire church of people. Well-Intentioned Extremist: He wants to destroy all vampires because he believes them to be a threat to all humanity which is justified given history and this seems to be general view that much of mankind believes.Then again he has an entire Badass Army at his command with lots of weapons so who can blame him.
